As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with prospective and existing clients across the Netherlands, understanding their lending products, business processes, technology landscape and challenges.
You’ll help clients discover how the
Ohpen Lending Platform can support their business, whether that means moving away from legacy systems, configuring our existing solution or exploring new possibilities.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Leading client workshops, deep dives and platform demonstrations, translating complex business requirements into clear and practical solutions.
- Understanding clients' lending products, processes and IT architecture to identify how our platform can best support their needs.
- Supporting RFI and RFP processes, preparing detailed responses and collaborating with internal stakeholders.
- Working closely with our Product, Engineering and Configuration Implementation teams to explore technical possibilities and shape solutions.
- Identifying opportunities to improve and extend our platform based on client needs and market developments.
- Acting as a bridge between business and technology, helping clients understand what is possible and how to achieve their goals.
